The four units are located at Satara M.I.D.C. (Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation) which is about 250 km from Mumbai, Maharashtra India.
We are proud to mention here that we are one of the largest manufacturers of Leno Bags in India and can cater to any type, size, quantity and design of Mesh bags.
We have a state of the art manufacturing facility of 25000 Sq. Ft. Our group is equipped with 48 looms. We can manufacture upto 23 lac meters of fabric a month.We have an advanced extrusion plant. The extrusion plant has enabled us to provide high quality polypropylene to the other concerns in our group thereby conforming to our excellence parameters. The extrusion plant offers us the flexibility to customize the width, color, denier, shine as well as the resulting strength of the PP yarn. The plant has a manufacturing capacity of 50 tons per month. We have 2 auto cutting machines and 15 manual stitching machines. We also have a fibrillation unit and a 32 spindle twisting machine.
Two generations of entrepreneurs have been enthusiastically involved in this business of Leno bags and aspire to take it to new heights. The company has made a swift progress from a modest beginning of 2 looms in 2005 to 48 looms as on today.
